1/08/09: Welcome to Idaho!!! We made it. We left at 4:00 am and made it into Meridian around 3:00pm. Plus we gain an hour here because we are mountain time. The kids did great on the trip. There were no melt downs or huge fights between the who of them. They took turns riding with daddy in his truck. But for the most part they road in my car because of the DVD players. And the fact that they operate independently of each other, Lauren watched Barbie and the Diamond castle like 10 times and Justin watched Star Wars, the Clone Wars. We packed lunches so we didn't even stop to eat, just potty breaks. So it was good.
The weather held out for us, and was great the whole trip. I was a little nervous about driving in the snow. But there was no snow. So I was pleased. We had a great trip.
