7/04/08: 4th of July. We went to Marianne's house for a family BBQ and swimming. The whole family was there. It was so much fun. The kids swam, and jumped on the trampoline and we BBQ hot dogs and made cookies. There is a picture of Jason and Christian throwing Justin in the pool. He loves that. After dinner and after it got dark, we all drove down to the high school to watch the fireworks. The kids loved it. We all brought blankets and pillows and laid on the grass of the schools soccer field and watched the fireworks. They were awesome. Lauren was so excited. She is just at the age where she understands what they are. So that was fun seeing her face and hearing what she had to say about them. Then we drove home and the kids were asleep in 5 mins. Out cold. It was a long day for them. There are 2 video clips at the end of the pictures, one is of the grand finale of Fireworks and one is of the kids swimming. It was a fun day.

Love the vidoe clips, what a cool thing. Yes this was a great day, for sure! I love any day when we are all able to be together. Family is what it's all about! :)
