5/11/09: Justin had his first ABA race of the year and first race in Idaho. He is the one in the white helmet. He did great. He got First place every race. He was so proud of himself. And he was sure to tell me that he even was racing against a 8 yr old!!!!!
He was awesome!!! Grandma and Caryn and Caitlyn came too. They were so proud of him and cheering him on. He was so excited. He loves to have people come and watch him race. He feels so important. Plus he likes to show off a little too I think. He was pretty familiar with the track too, Jason had been taking him to practice the last few weeks. So he felt pretty confidant in the track.
I am sure that the other kids were probably thinking...."Who is the new kid coming out of no where, and taking first the whole time" What is up with that!!!! Hee hee!!!
Afterwards we went to have pizza for lunch next to the track. Justin loved that. He also had fun playing the video games in the pizza place.
Next week Lauren is going to race in the Training Wheels race. It is super cute. They have a little race for little kids. She can't wait. She said herself that she wanted to do it. That post will come next week, and I am sure it will be cute and funny.
