6/7/08: Lauren went to her princess party today. She was so excited. She had a wonderful time. She waited so patiently for 3 weeks to wear her new Cinderella dress. Cinderella came to the party, and they sang and danced, and did a puppet show, and face painting. She was just so happy. She had cupcakes and got frosting on her face. They played games. I must say she was the prettiest princess there.

After the party we went back to Grandma and Grandpa's to visit for awhile. She would not take off her dress. Then we went to Sam's club to grocery shop and she still wore the dress. Everyone was saying how cute she was, and calling her a little princess and she was eating it all up. She loved for people to notice her. But she always said "Thank you" to each person too. And she picked out a princess toy from the store, and then fell asleep on the way home with it in her lap. She was exhausted. I guess all the sugar and the singing and dancing and face painting and playing with all the other little princess made her so sleepy. Jason and I are pretty sure that she will keep the dress on for a month!!!!
