10/09/09: Lauren got her Blending Badge today. This is similar to her Alphabet crown. She was tested to see if she could blend letters to make sounds and small words. She got them all right on her first try. And her and her friend Gia are the only ones who got it. She was so excited to show us. And she told us all the sounds she blended and was so proud of herself. It was very cute!!!! Way to go Lauren!!!! She now gets to move on to her first reading class!!! She will be reading before kindergarten.
