4/2/09: We wen to see Grandma in the hospital. Lauren loved to go see her. Justin only got to go once because he was in school. But Lauren would always say "We need to hurry, Grandma is waiting for us to come see her, she is all by herself and lonely." It was so cute. And while we were there we would rub her feet, and Lauren would help, and she would ask grandma if it felt good or better. And then one day we went and Lauren saw her IV in her arm and the bruising around it, and she asked grandma if it hurt, and if she had a boo boo? And Grandma would say yes, and that is only hurt a little bit, so Lauren would stand next to her bed and rub her arm and tell her it she would make it better. And Lauren would talk to her for a long time about her boo boo's. It was so sweet. And of course grandma loved it.
Justin and Lauren both colored pictures for her, and we hung them on the wall in her room. And Lauren would "help" grandma eat her lunch too. She is very sweet when she knows that someone is hurt or sad.
Grandma is home now and doing great. The kids are very happy that she is not in the hospital anymore. And so is grandpa!!!!!
