10/07/08: Lauren had her first field trip for her pre school. We went to Smith Family Farms in Brentwood. It is a huge farm with everything you can think of. Lauren went played in a hay bail maze and tunnel. She went into a barn for a barn yard Ho Down. They said and played homemade instruments. She went up on stage to participate in the singing and got to pick her own instrument. She choose the maracas. Then we went and learned how to plant vegetables. And she got to plant and bring home her own Cauliflower and cabbage. She is very excited to watch those grow. Then at the end we went on a hay ride to the fields and got to pick out our own pumpkins. She had so much fun. She couldn't decide what pumpkin she wanted. She went back and fourth with a big one and a baby one.
After the field trip we went to the park for a picnic lunch with some friends from the pre school. She loved that. It was a long day and she had a great time.

I love her! That must have been a fun field trip. Were you the only one taking massive ammounts of pictures of your kid there? lol!!! She is adorable though, thats why everytime she is around, MOST of my pictures taken are of her!!!
