12/12/09: Today we went to the Young Chef's Academy to attend a Gingerbread House & Gingerbread Cookie class. This was so much fun. Justin & Lauren each got to make their own gingerbread house and cookies. Thank goodness Dad came with us this time. Because there was alot of helping involved. And with both kids there, it would have been hard for me to do alone. So we only really helped with the construction of the house. It took 2 sets of hands to do. Justin & Lauren decorated their houses exactly how they wanted to. And ate a bunch of candy during too. I am surprised they did not have tummy aches by the end. They also rolled out their dough and cut out their gingerbread man cookies. Then we baked them and decorated them. Yummy!!!!!
They had a great time and so did we. Lauren really loves this place.
