Playing at the park with the kids

7/6/09: We went to Settler's Park. This is a great park up the street from our house. It is the coolest park I have ever been to. The kids love it and there are so many things for them to do. They have like 3 different big play structures and rock climbing and giant musical instruments. And then they have the water play area. It is themed like a pirate ship. And water shoots up from the ground in all kinds of places, and water fills big tubs of water them dumps on you, and then there are water sprays and all kinds of things. The kids had a great time. Waylon was a little hesitant but as soon as he saw Justin in it he was all over it.

They have these really cool swings that Justin loves. It is a chair with a harness that comes over you and buckles in like a roller coaster. This way you can go really high and fast, so of course he likes that. They have a great tire swing that is Lauren's favorite. She loves the tire swing at her school too.

They went back and forth from the the water area to the play ground. Chasing Waylon all over. He is a handful. They were wiped out after this day for sure.
